About Me

I'm a technical product leader who builds end-to-end: from architecting multi-agent AI systems to designing pixel-perfect interfaces to positioning products for enterprise sales teams.

Presently Director of AI Engineering at AISquare, where I'm building production agentic AI platforms processing 10K+ daily requests. But I'm not merely in the terminal—I rather enjoy owning the full product experience: UX design in Sketch, customer journey mapping, sales enablement, and executive stakeholder management.

I've spent 15 years leading engineering teams of 30+ whilst delivering mission-critical platforms for 300+ Fortune 500 companies. My products have won awards for UX and generated $50M+ in revenue. I've done the lot: written production code, designed interfaces, delivered webinars with senior industry executives, and positioned products for both B2B and B2C markets.

I'm quite passionate about Elixir/Phoenix for building resilient systems with OTP supervision trees. This blog runs on Phoenix LiveView deployed on Hetzner. When I'm not coding or designing, I'm likely writing marketing copy, exploring knowledge graphs, or tinkering with vector UI tools.

Based in Guildford, UK. I thrive in 0-to-1 environments where you need someone who can architect the backend, design the frontend, lead the team, position the product, and present to the board.
